As a key leader within the department youll help guide room attendants ensure quality standards are consistently met and play an important hands-on role in daily operations. Lead and support room attendants and housepersons during daily operations ensuring cleanliness standards and procedures are consistently followed. Assist with training coaching and developing team members to uphold high-quality service and attention to detail. Conduct daily room and public area inspections ensuring rooms are guest-ready and any issues are addressed promptly. Help manage inventory of linens supplies and amenities reporting shortages or needs to leadership. Coordinate closely with the Front Desk Engineering and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and timely room readiness. Monitor housekeeping workflow productivity and staffing levels to support efficient operations.
