HR Administrative Assistant at Aston Carter
JOB DESCRIPTION
HR Coordinator
Join a fast-growing tech company (200 ? 500+ employees in one year) as a key member of the HR team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on HR administration, compliance, and operations and wants to grow into an HR Coordinator or Generalist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support onboarding/offboarding, including I-9 processing and compliance
- Manage HR inbox and respond to employee inquiries
- Maintain accurate employee records, files, and documentation
- Assist with employee relations tracking and HR reporting
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and HR-related scheduling
- Support company events and internal communications
- Provide backup support to front desk and collaborate with Facilities/Admin teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of HR or HR admin experience (any industry)
- Hands-on experience with I-9s, onboarding, and employee files (required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information

This is a Permanent position based out of Westwood, CA.
Pay and Benefits:
