Full-timeDescriptionHalcyon Home is seeking a compassionate organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as our HR Administrative Assistant. This multifaceted role supports our employees and leaders with compassion communication and professionalism. Responsibilities:Provides clerical support which may include preparation of admission orientation and new hire packets; monitoring and ordering office supplies and forms typing special projects filing and copying.Facilitates the communications system which may include: mail distribution pagers phone system memos answers incoming calls documents and disseminates appropriate messages.Assists with maintenance of personnel files.Promotes the Agencys philosophy and mission by presenting a positive image to patients families physicians and community agencies. Provides computer support and data entry.Provide HR administrative support including onboarding documentation and employee relations coordination.Maintain accurate records and assist with scheduling and communication.Serve as a friendly dependable resource for employees.Support HR initiatives that strengthen culture and collaboration.RequirementsHigh school graduate (college preferred).Knowledge or experience utilizing Homecare Homebase EMR is preferred.One year general office experience preferably in Healthcare.Administrative or HR experience preferred.Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills.A warm supportive approach to employee interactionsBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceDisability insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insuranceMileage reimbursementPaid time offTuition reimbursementVision insurance Key Skills Generator,Accomodation,Football,Advertising,Architectural Design Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
