This role assists with a wide range of HR functions, including Classification and Compensation, Talent Management, HR data entry and records management, and general policy and process guidance. The position serves as a resource helping to facilitate timely and accurate response to incoming inquires.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs, escalating complex issues as appropriate.Assist with Classification and Compensation request tracking, documentation, and follow-up as directed by leadership.Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with organizational and legal requirements.Support recruitment activities such as posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.Contribute to process improvements to enhance HR efficiency and service delivery.Provide additional project or administrative support as needed.QualificationsMinimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and HR experience.Preferred Requirements:Experience supporting or contributing to classification and compensation activities, such as job description review, job evaluation, salary placement, or compensation benchmarking.Familiarity with job classification frameworks, pay structures, or compensation guidelines.Experience working in an HRIS platform involving job data, position management, or compensation-related workflows.College/Business UnitOpen until filledLocation: Atlanta CampusJob Posting: 12/12/25, 2:13:12 PM
