HR Associate Home Care AgencyMonsey NY Full time60-70KAn established and growing home care agency is seeking a knowledgeable and reliable HR Associate to support day-to-day human resources functions. The ideal candidate must have prior HR experience within the home care industry with a strong understanding of regulatory and staffing requirements in this space.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport full-cycle recruitment onboarding and credentialing of home health aides and administrative staffMaintain up-to-date employee records in compliance with DOH requirementsMonitor expiring documents training deadlines and compliance reportsAssist with employee relations conflict resolution and policy enforcementCoordinate orientation sessions and ongoing in-service trainingsTrack attendance leaves and related HR metricsProvide day-to-day support to the HR Director and collaborate with the scheduling and nursing teamsRequired QualificationsPrevious HR experience in a licensed home care agency (LHCSA) is requiredStrong understanding of HR compliance in the home care sectorProficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Detail-oriented organized and able to manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBilingual ( Yiddish) is a plus but not requiredEmail resume to: Required Experience:IC Key Skills B2C,Accomodation,General Services,Apache,Fact,HTML Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
