You will play a key role in ensuring the HR department runs smoothlycontributing to employee engagement initiatives and ensuring adherence to organizationalpolicies. Additionally you will provide vital administrative support to the HR team.Job Duties and Responsibilities Assist with the full cycle recruitment process for entry level positions. Assist with onboarding items (ensuring our new hires have name badges uniforms etc) Prepare process and review a variety of documents including applicants / employeefiles. Responsible for Covid-19 contact tracing and tracking and sending email notifications. Establish and maintain cooperative work relationships with those contacted during thecourse of work operations. Serve as a liaison for college and school networks as well as extern students. Address common inquiries from applicants and employees regarding policies benefitsand hiring procedures; direct complex queries to senior HR personnel. Assist in fostering employee engagement by organizing activities that promote diversityinclusion and equity (employee engagement). Perform additional tasks as delegated.RequirementsQualifications and Experience:To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential dutysatisfactorily. The requirements listed below are reflective of the knowledge skill and/or abilityrequired.4 year degree preferred but not required1 - 2 Years HR Clerical experience preferredExperience with HRIS (Paylocity) preferred and Microsoft Office applications required1 - 2 years recruitment or Application screening experience requiredSounds knowledge of labor regulations preferredPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by anemployee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
