We are a client facing team at the firm providing HR and Payroll services to public and private sector clients. Its fun fast-paced and full of variety. We carefully seek out the best people and trust them to make a difference in helping our clients navigate forward with confidence.Our culture is built on the following principles:Relationships - We give our best to our clients and to each other.Growth & Development - We get better every day.Teamwork - We accomplish great things together.Key responsibilities include:Compensation Consulting:Evaluate job positions to determine classification exemption status and salaryResearch job requirements structural/functional relationships and occupational trendsConduct high-volume market analysis across sectors for a variety of clientsAssist in job analysis and draft job descriptions; perform job evaluations using established scoringSupport Minnesota Pay Equity reporting for public sector complianceSend market surveys and log responses and update internal wage databasesCollaborate with the Data Analytics team to maintain compensation dashboards in Microsoft BIGeneral HR Support:Support full service clients with day to day HR administration as neededAct as a resource related to HRIS technology processes and capabilitiesIdeal Associate candidate has:Associates degree in Human Resource Management or related field and/or related work experience1-3 years experience in entry level HR compensation and/or data analysisStrong written and verbal communication with strong attention to detailProficiency in MS Excel (v and x lookups pivot tables)Strong problem solving and time management with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience handling sensitive confidential informationAttracting developing and retaining the best employees are our highest priorities at Abdo. The estimated base pay range for this role is $65000 - $75000. Offers are typically made below the maximum to allow room for future compensation increases in the role. The compensation offer will be based on factors such as experience education licensure certifications skills and business needs.All employees have the opportunity to earn discretionary bonuses based on demonstration of extraordinary performance special projects of significant importance or other major accomplishments.Abdo cares about the wellbeing of our team members and offers a comprehensive benefits package to support this.
