HR Coordinator

We are looking for a talented HR Coordinator to join our team specializing in Human Resources for our Cummins Inc. facility in Fletcher, NC.

Job Summary:

Supports human resources activities within a site, organizational unit, or department. Assists in the deployment of a broad range of defined Human Resources processes within the business or functional organization. Works within defined processes and procedures to provide Human Resources support to employees and may help determine the appropriate resolution to common Human Resources inquiries.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Strengthen organizational reliability by ensuring accurate, complete, and audit ready HR data, giving leaders trustworthy information for decisions.
  • Improve compliance and reduce risk by executing HR processes consistently across compensation, benefits, performance management, and policy administration.
  • Enhance workforce quality by coordinating efficient recruiting operations, from applicant tracking to assessments, references, and onboarding activities.
  • Support a smooth employee lifecycle by managing new hire orientations, employment contracts, relocations, and immigration documentation with precision.
  • Increase operational transparency by conducting regular data-entry audits and supporting internal audit requests, helping the organization stay aligned with regulatory expectations.
  • Accelerate HR service delivery by coordinating business process activities, ensuring timelines are met and quality standards are upheld.
  • Strengthen employee experience by partnering with shared services and corporate HR to deliver consistent compensation and benefits administration.
  • Contribute to organizational integrity by assisting with investigations and compliance reviews, reinforcing a fair and accountable workplace.

Data Analytics - Discovers, interprets and communicates qualitative and quantitative data; determines conclusions relying on knowledge of business or functional frameworks; simultaneously applies statistics, data validity, data visualization, and problem-solving approaches to effectively extract meaningful patterns and business insights; presents conclusions and outcomes that enable data driven business decisions. Education, Licenses, Certifications: High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
