POSITION SUMMARY: The HR Coordinator plays a vital role in managing the human resources functions to ensure the agency operates smoothly and efficiently. This role is essential for maintaining a well-functioning home care agency and ensuring that both staff and clients are well-supportedRESPONSIBILITIES:Manage the recruitment process including posting job ads screening candidates conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.Serve as a point of contact for caregivers regarding HR-related issues benefits and policies. Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts.Ensure the agency complies with all federal state and local employment laws and regulations.
