You will be an integral part of our HR team working closely with our Centers of Excellence to build strong partnerships and enhance our operational efficiency.Facilitating manager and employee self-service transactions within our HR systems guiding users troubleshooting issues and empowering them to manage their own data effectively.Meticulously ensuring the accuracy completeness and confidentiality of all employee data across various HR systems and platforms. This includes conducting regular audits updating records and maintaining compliance.Providing general administrative support to the HR department including scheduling meetings managing correspondence maintaining HR files and preparing reports as needed.Job RequirementsHigh School Graduate General Studies and three years of relevant experience upon hire required.Associates Other Associates Degree and one year of relevant experience upon hire required.Bachelors Other Bachelors Degree and one year of relevant experience upon hire required.Required Experience:IC Key Skills Employee Relations,ATS,Workers' Compensation Law,Benefits Administration,HRIS,Payroll,Employment & Labor Law,ADP,Administrative Experience,Human Resources,Recruiting,Workday Employment Type : Unclear Experience: years Vacancy: 1
