Start your career today and find out where you fit into the global food supply chain and the mission to feed the world.Responsibilities: Will provide support to the operations teamLearning effective and efficient operations within a culture of continuous improvementShadow and learn how to maintain the production practices that support the food safety program in the facility.Understanding how to monitor product quality and production operations to meet customer expectationsExperiencing how to create an environment where all are expected to be active members of the team involved in the business. Recognize and celebrate successes.
