Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing roles including sourcing interviewing and onboarding. Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues including performance management disciplinary actions and conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with federal state and local labor laws as well as company policies and safety regulations specific to manufacturing. Administer HR programs such as compensation benefits leave management and employee welfare initiatives. Conduct HR investigations and address employee grievances effectively and impartially. Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures tailored to the manufacturing environment. Maintain accurate HR records and leverage HRIS for data management reporting and analytics. Recommended Qualifications 3 years of HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws including OSHA regulations. Proven experience in employee relations conflict resolution and performance management. Demonstrated ability to recruit onboard and retain skilled production and technical talent. Proficiency with HRIS systems and payroll processing. Bonus Qualifications Experience with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety programs specific to manufacturing. Proficiency with timekeeping systems (e.g. Kronos ADP Workforce Now) commonly used in manufacturing environments. Bilingual proficiency (e.g. Spanish) to support a diverse workforce.
