Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing positions including hourly production staff and skilled technicians. Provide employee relations support conducting investigations resolving conflicts and administering disciplinary actions. Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Administer compensation and benefits programs including payroll support and workers' compensation claims. Ensure HR compliance with federal state and local labor laws including OSHA requirements specific to manufacturing. Facilitate performance management processes supporting managers in goal setting appraisals and development plans. Support the implementation and maintenance of plant-specific safety programs and initiatives. Recommended Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state labor laws OSHA regulations and HR best practices. Proven ability in employee relations recruitment for diverse roles (including production and skilled trades) and performance management. Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
