HR Generalist Human Resources In this role, you'll partner closely with plant leadership and employees to support staffing, compliance, payroll support, and workforce programs. You'll play an important role in helping us maintain a safe, compliant, and engaged hourly workforce through responsive service, accurate recordkeeping, and hands-on HR support. Job Duties: Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and supervisors in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Maintain personnel files to support accuracy, compliance, and timely follow-up on documentation. Apply HR policies, practices, and procedures consistently across the site. Respond to employee questions and help resolve workplace concerns in a timely and professional manner. Support recruiting, payroll, and engagement processes. Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including orientation, retention efforts, and exit processes. Support site safety policies and regulatory compliance, including required manufacturing safety programs. Maintain day-to-day HR systems, records, and administrative processes. Requirements: Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. Three years of HR support, HRIS, or related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
