Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist/Executive Assistant that will act as the primary contact and liaison in responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and policy administration.About the RoleResponsible for communication with internal departments, outside agencies and other organizations as directed and providing administrative support to the Executive Director and management team members.ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing and maintain schedules for Executive Director and other staffChecking and Directing Executive Director’s Mail and E-mail CorrespondencesAssisting with Communication of Agency Staff MeetingsPrepare and Submit Letters and Memos Written/Dictated by Executive Director or Operations Manager as RequestedPlanning and Organizing Executive Director/ Agency Travel ArrangementsMaintaining Agency Contact’s DirectoryFiling Reports, Correspondences and Other InformationAssisting with Agency Board Meetings and Board MinutesEnsuring overall accuracy of electronic time card and payroll system dataLiaison for administering HR Policies and ProceduresOther Additional Duties as AssignedQualificationsPrevious experience performing HR generalist and administrative duties in a fast paced environment is essential.Required SkillsComputer experience with email, Word, Excel, payroll systems and other applications.Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills required.Ability to successfully manage and multi-task duties and responsibilities.
