This role ensures compliance with federal and state leave laws supports employees and managers through the leave process and collaborates with internal departments to facilitate smooth transitions. Maintain current knowledge of FMLA ADA EEOC and state-specific leave laws. Coordinate return-to-work processes with stakeholders.Employee & Manager Support Provide consultation on leave eligibility protections and benefits. Serve as a resource for corporate and field leadership. Communicate leave policies and PTO usage clearly.Cross-Department Collaboration Work with Payroll Benefits and Workers Comp teams to ensure accurate leave processing.
