Our HR Generalist plays a vital role in ensuring the highest quality and safety standards of our pharmaceutical products. Once you complete our training your responsibilities will include performing HR-related duties on a professional level and working closely with senior HR management in supporting designated geographic regions. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration employee relations training performance management onboarding policy implementation recruitment/employment affirmative action and employment law compliance. Turn your passion for precision and your commitment to quality into a meaningful impact on healthcare across the US.Monday- Friday 10am- 6:30pmWhat the HR Generalist Does Each Day:Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains the employee handbook and the policies and procedures manualParticipates in developing department goals objectives and systemsSupports administration of the compensation program; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessarySupports benefits administration including claims resolution change reporting approving invoices for payment and communicating benefits information to employeesSupports maintenance of the affirmative action program; files EEO-1 report annually; and maintains other records reports and logs to conform to EEO regulationsConducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel students and temporary employees; conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career-pathing program; and writes and places advertisementsHandles employee relations counseling outplacement counseling and exit interviewingParticipates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminarsMaintains company organization charts and the employee directoryAssists in evaluation of reports decisions and results of department in relation to established goals Recommends new approaches policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performedMaintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the databaseMaintains compliance with federal state and local employment and benefits laws and regulationsOur Most Successful HR Generalist:Has good organizational and communication skillsHas HR Expertise Global Cultural AwarenessHas excellent relationship management with stakeholders across the businessWorks effectively under pressure with changing priorities and deadlinesAble and willing to walk stoop stand bend and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout each shift with or without reasonable accommodationIs experienced in Word and ExcelMinimum Requirements for this Role:A bachelors degree and three to five years of HR experience in warehousing manufacturing or a high volume industry.SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification or ability to obtain certification within 24 months of hire date (preferred)Able to successfully complete a drug and background checkMust be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Quva will not sponsor applicants for work visasAny of the Following Will Give You an Edge: SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification or ability to obtain certification within 24 months of hire dateBenefits of Working at Quva:Comprehensive health and wellness benefits including medical dental and vision401k retirement program with company match17 paid days off plus 8 paid holidays per yearOccasional weekend and overtime opportunities with advance noticeNational industry-leading high growth company with future career advancement opportunitiesSalary range $74766- $102812About Quva:Quva provides industry-leading health-system pharmacy services and solutions including 503B sterile injectable outsourcing services and AI-based data software solutions that help power the business of Pharmas multiple production facilities and industry-first dedicated remote distribution capabilities provide ready-to-administer sterile injectable medicines critical to patient care.
