HR Generalist Growing Construction Company (Onsite in Medford OR)$80000$% Employer-Paid Medical Insurance 401(k) Generous PTO & Paid HolidaysOur client a rapidly growing construction company in Medford OR is looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Generalist to join their team onsite.This is a key role supporting employees strengthening company culture and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across HR payroll coordination compliance and office administration.If you enjoy variety in your day are passionate about supporting employees and thrive in a fast-moving environment this is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact.What Youll DoAssist employees with benefits enrollment changes and general benefit questionsManage annual benefits open enrollment and related communicationsOversee union labor compliance and reportingReview timecards and ensure accurate payroll coordination with accountingHandle employee relations matters and help foster a positive people-focused cultureAdminister performance review processes and maintain documentationMaintain and update company policies procedures and employee handbookSupport employee engagement initiatives and companywide eventsEnsure accurate and confidential employee records and compliance documentationCoordinate employee training certifications and compliance-based programsOversee daily office operations as the primary administrative point of contactManage office supplies vendors purchasing and administrative systemsCoordinate IT needs with internal teams and external providersOversee front desk/reception and ensure a positive office experienceManage incoming calls mail deliveries and general office communicationSupport executives with scheduling and administrative tasksManage facilities workspace planning and maintenance coordinationAdminister company technology assets including cell phones laptops and hardwareWhat Were Looking For5 years of HR or administrative experienceExperience withMiderandBambooHRFriendly outgoing respectful and approachable demeanorHighly organized deadline-driven and adaptableCoachable and collaborative attitudeNice to Have:Union experienceConstruction industry experience****************LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY *****************Please Note: This position is open to candidates who are authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
