Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing skilled trades and operational roles. Provide comprehensive employee relations support including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. Ensure strict compliance with labor laws company policies and safety regulations specific to a manufacturing environment. Administer performance management processes and support employee development initiatives. Oversee new hire onboarding orientation and conduct exit procedures. Maintain accurate HR records and manage the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Facilitate HR-related training sessions particularly for safety compliance and skills development. Recommended Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience specifically within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state labor laws including OSHA regulations and EEO compliance. Proven ability to manage employee relations conduct investigations and implement performance management processes for a diverse workforce. Experience recruiting for a range of manufacturing positions from production staff to skilled trades and supervisory roles. Proficiency with HRIS systems and payroll processing in a high-volume hourly employee environment.
