Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for production skilled trades and administrative roles within the manufacturing plant. Provide expert guidance on employee relations including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievance handling. Ensure compliance with federal state and local labor laws including OSHA regulations and administer company HR policies. Administer employee benefits leave of absence programs (e.g. FMLA) and support workers' compensation claims. Facilitate performance management processes including goal setting performance reviews and corrective action plans. Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs and coordinate mandatory safety and compliance training. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience as an HR Generalist within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws HR best practices and OSHA compliance. Demonstrated expertise in employee relations including conflict resolution investigations and performance management. Experience with full-cycle recruitment for production skilled trades and operational roles. Proficiency with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and HR data management. Bonus Qualifications Experience supporting a unionized workforce. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies. Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and workers' compensation processes in an industrial setting. Bilingual proficiency (e.g. Spanish) to support a diverse manufacturing workforce.
