Facilitate performance management processes and support career development initiatives. Collaborate with operations leadership on strategic workforce planning and organizational development. Recommended Qualifications 5 years of progressive HR management experience specifically within a manufacturing or industrial environment In-depth knowledge of federal state and local labor laws including OSHA regulations relevant to manufacturing operations Proven expertise in employee relations talent acquisition and performance management for a diverse manufacturing workforce Demonstrated ability to partner with plant leadership to align HR strategies with operational goals and drive a positive safety culture Proficiency with HRIS platforms and data analytics to inform HR decisions and improve efficiency Bonus Qualifications Experience with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies. Previous experience managing union relations or working in a unionized manufacturing environment. Proficiency in a second language such as Spanish to support a diverse workforce. Strong understanding of manufacturing-specific health and safety regulations (e.g. OSHA).
