Key Responsibilities Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for production technical and administrative roles. Manage employee relations including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievance procedures. Ensure HR compliance with all federal state and local labor laws and industry-specific regulations (e.g. OSHA). Develop and implement training programs focused on safety technical skills and leadership development. Administer compensation and benefits programs ensuring competitiveness and cost-effectiveness. Lead performance management processes including goal setting reviews and development plans. Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures tailored to the manufacturing environment. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of labor laws OSHA regulations and HR best practices relevant to production facilities. Demonstrated expertise in employee relations including conflict resolution performance management and grievance handling for a diverse workforce. Experience with talent acquisition and retention strategies for hourly production staff and skilled trades. Ability to develop and implement HR policies and programs that support operational efficiency and a positive safe work culture. Bonus Qualifications Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and their application to HR processes. Experience working in a unionized environment and managing collective bargaining agreements. Bilingual proficiency (e.g. Spanish) to support a diverse manufacturing workforce. Demonstrated experience with safety program development and OSHA compliance within a manufacturing setting.
