The ideal candidate operates the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including:Hiring and interviewingAdministering pay benefits and leaveEnforcing company policies and practicesHR complianceEmployee relationsEmployee satisfactionCompensationMetrics and data associated with HREmployee developmentPayroll and benefits administrationYou will wear a variety of hats on any given day! Join them to help set the HR organization from the ground up and be a part of a growing company.Duties and Responsibilities of the HR Manager:Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs recruiting retention and succession planning.Implements and administers employee policies and promotes positive employee relationsProvides support and guidance to leadership team and staff when complex specialized and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be to administer and execute tasks in delicate circumstances such as investigating allegations of wrongdoing and terminations.Manages the talent acquisition process including writing job descriptions recruitment and interviewing. Maintains relationships with employment agencies.Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.May oversee employee disciplinary meetings terminations and investigations.Maintains compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.Maintains knowledge of trends best practices regulatory changes and new technologies in human resources talent management and employment law.Requirements for the HR Manager:Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.A minimum of seven years of human resource experience.Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.Experience with PEOs HRIS and talent management systems.Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal negotiation and conflict resolution skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical and decision-making skills.Ability to act with integrity professionalism and confidentiality.Demonstrated leadership and customer-centric skills; the ability to manage multiple projects; and the willingness and ability to learn and grow in this position.Human Resources certification(s) strongly desired e.g. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCPEOE AA M/F/VET/Disability StatementAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment and will not be discriminated against on the basis of race religion color national origin sex protected veteran status disability or any other basis protected by federal state or local laws.Required Experience:Manager Key Skills Advertising Management,Arabic Speaking,Hr Executive Recruitment,Logistics & Administration,Drafting,Investment Management Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
