Key Responsibilities Oversee full-cycle recruitment for production technical and administrative roles. Manage employee relations including grievance resolution and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with all labor laws safety regulations (OSHA) and company policies. Develop and implement training programs particularly focusing on safety and skills development. Administer compensation benefits and performance management systems. Lead HR initiatives to support a high-performance culture and employee engagement. Drive workforce planning and succession initiatives for critical manufacturing roles. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience managing HR functions within a manufacturing environment. In-depth knowledge of federal and state labor laws including OSHA FLSA and EEO regulations. Demonstrated expertise in employee relations conflict resolution and performance management. Strong background in talent acquisition onboarding and retention strategies for manufacturing roles. Proficiency with HRIS platforms and leveraging data analytics for HR decision-making. Bonus Qualifications Experience with labor relations including union negotiations or collective bargaining in a manufacturing setting. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies. Proficiency with HRIS systems commonly utilized in manufacturing environments for time tracking shift scheduling or production incentives. Previous experience in a multi-site or global manufacturing organization.
