The role is focused on enhancing engagement productivity and compliance with company policies.Key responsibilities include:Talent management and workforce planningEmployee relations and employee retentionRecruitment selection and onboardingExecution of corporate HR programsPolicy development and adherence to employment legislationHR metrics analysis and continuous improvementHow You Will Do It:Support daily HR operations and process improvementsDefine and implement the units talent strategyCollaborate with leadership to plan for human capital needsCultivate strong relationships across all levels of the organizationAdvise managers on HR policies practices and employment law complianceCoach and mentor leaders to foster development and performanceOversee full-cycle recruitment and identify staffing needsCoordinate performance review cycles and employee communicationsAddress organizational issues including discrimination discipline and harassmentAct as liaison between management and employees to resolve workplace concernsAnalyze HR metrics (e.g. turnover absenteeism cost of vacancy) to inform decision-makingPrepare and manage the HR departments budgetStay up to date on industry best practices and legislative changesOptimize department workload for workforce efficiencyWhat We Look For:RequiredUniversity degree in Human Resources Management or related field.6 years of HR experienceExperience in a manufacturing settingStrong interpersonal and conflict resolution skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively under pressureEffective communication across all levels of the organizationProficient in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and OutlookPreferredBilingual SpanishThis is an onsite role at our Lubbock Texas plant.HIRING SALARY RANGE: $89000 - $119000 (Salary to be determined by the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity location and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual group and corporate performance. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
