Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for production technical and administrative roles within the manufacturing plant. Manage employee relations including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievance procedures. Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with all federal state and local labor laws including OSHA regulations. Coordinate and deliver training programs focused on safety compliance and skills development for the manufacturing workforce. Administer compensation and benefits programs including wage scales shift differentials and attendance incentives. Oversee performance management processes including goal setting performance reviews and talent development initiatives. Drive initiatives for employee engagement retention and a positive plant culture. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; SHRM-SCP/SPHR certification preferred. 5 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Demonstrated expertise in employment law (e.g. FLSA OSHA) employee relations and talent management specific to manufacturing operations. Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that enhance operational efficiency safety and employee engagement in a production setting. Experience with workforce planning compensation structures and developing talent pipelines for skilled trades and production roles. Bonus Qualifications Experience with labor relations or collective bargaining agreements. Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies. Strong understanding of manufacturing safety protocols and OSHA compliance. Experience in a multi-shift or 24/7 operational environment.
