Demonstrated success in talent acquisition development and retention strategies for a production workforce including skilled trades. Strong capabilities in employee relations conflict resolution and fostering a positive safe plant culture. Experience managing workers' compensation claims safety programs and HR compliance audits. Bonus Qualifications Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies. Demonstrated understanding of OSHA regulations and manufacturing safety best practices. Experience supporting a multi-shift or 24/7 manufacturing operation. Bilingual proficiency (e.g. Spanish) to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.
