Oversee and manage engineering projects ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes equipment and product quality. Develop and implement engineering strategies to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical challenges and support new product introduction. Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Manage the engineering department budget resource allocation and capital expenditure planning. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g. Mechanical Electrical Industrial Manufacturing) with 7 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment including 3 years in a leadership role. Proven ability to lead mentor and develop high-performing engineering teams fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Deep understanding of manufacturing processes equipment automation and best practices in areas such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma. Demonstrated success in managing complex engineering projects from scope definition to successful implementation on time and within budget. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of identifying and implementing effective solutions to improve operational efficiency quality and cost. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g. IoT advanced automation predictive maintenance). Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Familiarity with common manufacturing ERP/MES systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Plex).
