Oversee employee relations including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievance procedures. Develop and implement training programs focused on safety skill development and compliance for the manufacturing workforce. Administer compensation and benefits programs ensuring competitiveness and compliance with labor laws. Ensure compliance with all federal state and local labor laws including OSHA regulations specific to manufacturing facilities. Drive performance management processes including goal setting reviews and succession planning for operational roles. Act as a strategic partner to plant management advising on workforce planning and organizational development initiatives. Recommended Qualifications 5 years of progressive HR management experience specifically within a manufacturing or industrial setting. In-depth knowledge of labor laws OSHA regulations and HR best practices applicable to manufacturing operations. Proven expertise in employee relations conflict resolution and performance management in a production environment. Demonstrated success in talent acquisition and retention strategies for skilled trades and production workforce. Strong ability to develop and implement HR policies and programs that align with operational goals and foster a positive workplace culture. Bonus Qualifications Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies. Multilingual proficiency (e.g. Spanish). Experience developing or managing skilled trades apprenticeship programs. Certification in occupational safety (e.g. OSHA 30-hour).
