Our client, an industry leader in supporting organizational growth and workforce development, is seeking a HR Manager to join their team. As a HR Manager, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the site expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Greenfield, IN

Pay Range: $30

What's the Job?

• Support workforce growth initiatives and organizational effectiveness during a period of expansion.
• Collaborate with operational leaders and training teams to support onboarding, assimilation, and development of new colleagues.
• Monitor workforce trends, engagement, retention, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Coach and support people leaders in managing employee performance, engagement, and development.
• Help drive a positive colleague experience by reinforcing culture and core values throughout the employee lifecycle.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 0 years of experience in human resources or related fields.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, expanding environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
