Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment for diverse manufacturing roles from production to engineering. Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems relevant to a manufacturing workforce. Bonus Qualifications Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
