We are currently seeking an HR Manager for our client in Anderson SC. Build communication channels that keep everyone connected.Performance Optimization:Implement systems to optimize performance coach managers on goal-setting and foster employee growth through development opportunities.Team Leadership:Mentor and inspire your direct reports cultivating a collaborative high-performance team culture.What You Bring to the TableWere looking for someone whos as passionate about people as they are about results. Heres what youll need:Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field.6 to 10 years of HR experience ideally in manufacturing.Proven expertise in recruitment talent acquisition and people management.Ability to influence and inspire across all levels of the organization.Experience managing direct reports and fostering team growth.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.Knowledge of HR laws regulations and compliance.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced challenging environment with minimal oversight.Top-notch analytical problem-solving and project management skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for confidentiality.SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus!Why Join UsAt our client youre not just an HR Manager youre a game-changer.
