We are currently seeking an HR Manager for our client in Greer SC. Youll play a critical role in shaping the company culture aligning HR strategies with business goals and ensuring we stay compliant and competitive.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruiting & Talent StrategyManage the full recruitment process ensuring the business attracts highly skilled candidates.Develop strong talent pipelines diversify sourcing strategies and use market intelligence to inform hiring decisions.HR Operations & ComplianceOversee day-to-day HR workflows ensuring policies procedures and legal requirements are consistently followed.Prepare routine updates and data reports for leadership teams.Employee Relations & EngagementServe as a trusted resource for employees and managers.Address workplace concerns support conflict resolution and promote effective communication throughout the organization.Performance & Development ProgramsSupport leaders in setting clear goals and performance expectations.Implement tools and processes that drive continuous improvement coaching and employee growth.Team LeadershipGuide and develop your direct reports promoting an environment where collaboration and accountability thrive.Qualifications & ExperienceThe ideal candidate brings both strategic thinking and hands-on HR expertise. Requirements include:Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a similar field.610 years of HR experience preferably within a manufacturing environment.Strong background in recruitment talent acquisition and people leadership.Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across multiple levels of an organization.Experience supervising and developing HR team members.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.Solid understanding of employment laws and regulatory compliance.Ability to excel in a fast-moving environment with limited direction.Strong analytical project management communication and interpersonal skills.High level of discretion and commitment to confidentiality.SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.Why This Role Stands OutThis position offers the opportunity to shape HR practices for a growing globally connected organization.
