Key Responsibilities Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for production technical and administrative roles. Manage employee relations including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievance procedures. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards particularly regarding safety and shift operations. Administer compensation and benefits programs ensuring competitiveness and equity for all employee groups. Coordinate and facilitate training and development initiatives focusing on safety technical skills and leadership for supervisors. Support and promote a strong safety culture in collaboration with EHS ensuring adherence to all safety protocols. Conduct workforce planning and succession planning to meet operational demands and future growth. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience managing HR functions within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of labor laws compliance regulations (e.g. OSHA) and HR best practices. Demonstrated ability to handle complex employee relations performance management and conflict resolution. Experience in talent acquisition development and retention strategies for a diverse workforce including hourly employees. Proficiency in HRIS and data-driven HR decision-making. Bonus Qualifications Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies. Previous HR management experience in a unionized manufacturing environment. Certification in OSHA 30-hour General Industry. Bilingual proficiency (e.g. Spanish) to support a diverse workforce.
