Role Summary:We are establishing a new and exciting HR People Center organization within Flowserve that will take on critical operational Human Resources work with a goal of increasing collaboration leveraging shared knowledge and creating a more consistent associate experience. Come join our dynamic team and help us elevate the employee journey!The HR Partner Specialized Care is a subject matter expert and will handle escalated associate or manager/supervisor inquiries. Will ensure associateshave access to necessary support and that we remain compliantwith any country this role will report into the Manager People Center.Responsibilities:Understand and be able to communicate HR policies processes and proceduresProvide coaching and counsel on performance compensation career development etc. that aligns to and supports business strategy and attainment of objectivesSupport with talent development solutions with the ability to identify needs and make appropriate recommendations.Effectively guide leaders through difficult situations employee relations and conflictAsk critical questions in order to evaluate situation and provide guidanceMaintain broad-based knowledge of the organization and its operationsEffectively and efficiently navigate complex global organizationsto resolve issuesProvide relevant updates and/or concerns regardingservice delivery model for selected countriesRegularly review service model for identified countriesOversee policy & complianceEscalated self-service transactionsInvoluntary Terminations and RIF SupportPerformance Management (Coaching Discipline & PIP)Employee or LaborRelations and InvestigationsInternal movementRequirements:Bachelors degree (Emphasis in HR or Business Administration a plus)6 years experience in HR Shared Services Operations HR Business partnering or Service DeliveryKnowledge in Involuntary Terminations and RIF Support performance management and labor relations and investigationsExceptional customer service emotional intelligence and empathyThorough with responses to inquiries and issuesStrong consultative skills and ability to influence without direct authorityStrong analytical problem-solving decision-making skillsAbility to act with integrity professionalism and confidentialityPreferred Skills:Ability to comprehend interpret and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws and regulationsAbility to travel domestically up to 20%Global experience a plusManufacturing experience a plusHybrid role: 4 days in office/1 day remote (work from home)Flowserve offers competitive pay annual bonuses medical benefits on day 1 generous paid vacation time paid holidays 401(k) and many other excellent benefits!
