This full-time, on-site role requires a TS/SCI CI Poly clearance. Location: McLean, VASchedule (FT/PT): Full-TimeTravel Required: NoShift: DayRemote Type: No RemoteSecurity Clearance: Current TS/SCIPolygraph: Current Counterintelligence PolygraphPrimary Duties and ResponsibilitiesAnalyze workforce data, such as hiring, retention, attrition, and organizational mobility metrics, to identify trends and labor projectionsBuild/modify data visualization dashboards, reports, and other products to suit client needsAssist in development of position description librariesAdminister relational databasesNormalize, standardize, and integrate disparate raw data setsAssist with survey design and execution across 18 IC agenciesProvide data analytic support for surveys, data calls, and other human capital effortsAbility to clearly communicate technical or analytic findings in an easily understood narratives via graphical, written, and verbal formatsProcesses/Activities: Manage HR data, conduct analysisMinimum QualificationsRequires BA/BS and 18+ years of experience or a Master's and 10+ years’ experienceTS/SCI with polygraph is requiredPrevious data analysis experience within the ICStrong Tableau experience is requiredTools: MS Office including Excel, Tableau, Python, SQLPreferred QualificationsTools: Cognos, VBA, R, SPSS, SAS, LimeSurvey, Personal Operations Portal system, PD Library, LawsonWorkforce analytics and workforce planning experienceSalary Range $119,000 - $124,000 per yearThis pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of specific compensation or salary.
