What are we looking forEducation and Experience:Associate degree in information technology or related discipline plus on year of experience working in a help desk or similar role. It would pique our interest if you had knowledge or experience supporting HRIS systems but it is not required.Alternative combinations of education and experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.Competencies:Effective communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to interface with employees and managers in both positive and challenging situations. Ability to learn and quickly use enterprise-wide systems and software is a must. Proficient in Microsoft Office software suite to include Word Excel and Outlook programs.
