Your expertise drive and passion can help us carry out our mission to improve lives and advance healthcare.Join our team of leaders to begin a rewarding career!POSITION SUMMARY:The HRIS Manager is responsible for leading the strategy implementation and optimization of the enterprise HCM and related HR systems to enhance efficiency data integrity and user experience across the organization. This role ensures system governance standardization leverages AI-driven HR technologies to enhance efficiency while managing vendor relationships and ensuring smooth system integrations. Reporting to the Director of People Operations the HRIS Manager partners closely with HR IT and business leaders across the organization to drive continuous system improvements automation and the seamless adoption of HR technologies.DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:HR Technology Governance & ImplementationLead the implementation and ongoing management of core HCM and other HR technologies ensuring systems align with organizational needs and best practicesDevelop and execute the HR technology roadmap integrating AI-driven solutions as appropriate to enhance HR service delivery and workforce planningEstablish and enforce HRIS governance standards including system usage policies access controls and compliance requirementsPartner with IT and external vendors to oversee system security integrations and technical supportSystem Implementation Optimization SOP Development & HR AnalyticsSupport and facilitate HR technology implementations overseeing data migration system configuration and testingStandardize HR technology processes by developing and maintaining SOPs training documentation and system workflowsContinuously assess system performance identifying opportunities for automation and process efficiencyDrive system enhancements and module expansions ensuring continued innovation alignment with HR priorities and improved system functionalityUtilize HR reporting tools and analytics to generate actionable insights for decision-makingDesign build and maintain dashboards that monitor HR KPIs workforce trends and operational performanceMaintain HR data integrity security and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standardsIntegrate AI-driven analytics and automation to improve HR service delivery and predict workforce trendsVendor & Stakeholder ManagementOversee vendor relationships with HR technology third-party providers ensuring contract compliance and SLA adherenceAssess and recommend HR technology solutions to enhance efficiency scalability and user experienceAssist in overseeing budgeting licensing and cost-effectiveness of HR technology investments.Change Leadership & System AdoptionLead the development and execution of change management strategies to drive adoption of new HR technologies and system enhancementsDeliver training and support programs for HR teams and end-users to maximize system adoption and efficiencyTrack user adoption metrics and refine training and communication strategies to enhance engagement and effectivenessWork closely with the Manager Operational Excellence to ensure system changes align with broader HR process improvements and operational goalsTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead mentor and develop HRIS team members providing coaching guidance and performance management to drive team effectiveness.
