As a self-performing specialty contractor we deliver excellence in design-build solutions process and utility piping HVAC systems plumbing equipment installation and rigging metal fabrication plant maintenance and relocation.As our organization continues to grow we are evolving our Human Resources function to better support scaling operations talent development and organizational culture. We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Human Resources Manager who will serve as a strategic business partner to leadership provide guidance through complex employee matters and lead the continued development of HR processes people and systems. This role will lead the HR team and play a critical role in shaping the employee experience strengthening organizational capability and supporting our leaders.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR LeadershipPartner with executive and operational leadership to align HR programs workforce planning and talent strategies with business goals.Lead and develop the HR team ensuring effectiveness service delivery and continued professional growth.Analyze HR metrics turnover data market trends and workforce planning needs to drive decision-making and improvements.Talent Development & CultureBuild and manage scalable performance management career development mentorship and leadership development programs.Foster a culture rooted in accountability safety teamwork and professional growth.Oversee employee engagement strategies including recognition programs communication practices and organizational development initiatives.Employee RelationsServe as the primary resource for complex employee relations issues investigations conflict resolution disciplinary actions and performance challenges.Provide coaching and HR advisory support to supervisors and management to build leadership capability.Ensure fair consistent and legally compliant employment practices across the organization.Compliance & HR OperationsEnsure compliance with all federal state and local employment laws including ADA FMLA FLSA I-9 EEO COBRA USERRA workers compensation and other regulatory requirements..Lead HRIS optimization process improvement initiatives and digitalization strategies to enhance efficiency.Additional OversightSupport payroll and workers compensation processes as needed.Oversee annual employee communications open enrollment policy updates and employee-facing programs and events.Qualifications:5 years of progressive HR experience including people leadership and strategic partnership responsibilities; experience in construction industrial or manufacturing environment strongly preferred.Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.HR certification (PHR SHRM-CP or above) strongly preferred.Demonstrated success building HR processes systems and programs in a growing or evolving organization.Strong expertise in employee relations leadership coaching organizational development and compliance.Working knowledge of HRIS software; experience with ADP preferred.Excellent communication influence and relationship-building skills at all levels of the organization.Highly organized action-oriented and capable of balancing both strategy and execution.Ability to manage confidential information with sound judgment and professionalism.Occasional travel to job sites or regional offices as needed.Work Location: Mullins Mechanical office located in Carrollton Georgia.Salary: Compensation commensurate with experience.Join UsMullins Mechanical ranked #243 on the 2024 ENR Top Specialty Contractors list #48 in the Nation and #5 in the Southeast among Firms in Mechanical.
