About this Job Lallie Kemp Regional Medical Center is a 24-bed acute care critical access hospital serving the Florida Parishes region of Southeast Louisiana. We offer a wide range of services including general surgery and a 24-hour emergency department. At Lallie Kemp Regional Medical Center we are able to bring you a wide range of services close to home provided by a network of board-certified physicians.Were currently seeking a Human Resources Analyst to join our Human Resources Department.AN IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING COMPETENCIES:Selected Core Competencies:Communicating Effectively:The ability to relay information correctly and appropriately to connect people and ideas.Focusing on Customers:The ability to serve the needs of those who support and/or rely on the services provided.Thinking Critically:The ability to objectively question analyze interpret and evaluate information to form a conclusion.Minimum Qualifications Three years of human resources experience; ORSix years of full-time experience in any field; ORA bachelors degree.EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.Job Specification The official job specifications for this role as defined by the State Civil Service can be found here.Job Duties and Other Information Job Duties:Plan organize and control functions of programs involving Classified Payroll Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) Garnishment Processing and Reporting.Organize plan coordinate and implement the annual Open Enrollment of benefits at the agency. Serves as liaison between employee plan members and payroll vendors.Enter all applicable payroll data into the PeopleSoft HR System accurately and complete by payroll deadline.Position-Specific Details:Work Location:Human ResourcesDepartment.Shift:Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pmCareer Progression:As part of a Career Progression Group vacancies may be filled from this recruitment as a Human Resources A to Human Resources B depending on the level of experience of the selected applicant(s).
