Job Description
The Human Resources Assistant will support daily HR operations employee communication onboarding benefits and compliance for a fast-paced automotive dealership environment. The ideal candidate is organized professional discreet and comfortable working with employees at all levels. Hours and schedule may vary.Responsibilities:Assist with new hire onboarding orientations and employee file maintenanceSupport benefits administration including open enrollmentMaintain accurate confidential employee records documentation and HR recordsProvide HR support by answering employee questions and directing inquiriesPrepare HR reports letters memos and internal communicationsHelp coordinate employee events and training sessionsEnsure compliance with company policies and employment lawsAssist HR Manager with day-to-day tasks as neededRequirements:Must submit to a background check and drug testValid Florida drivers license with a clean driving recordMust be at least 18 years of agePrior HR or administrative experience preferredKnowledge of basic employment practices and confidentiality requirementsStrict confidentiality is required must handle sensitive information with discretionComfortable with Microsoft Office and HR software (training provided)Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentPositive professional and team-oriented attitudeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to maintain accuracy and attention to detailBartow Ford is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
