This is your opportunity to shape and deliver scalable people strategies that drive engagement strengthen team performance and support organizational growth.Youll bring a collaborative mentoring mindset and the behavioral agility to operate cross-functionally - engaging deeply with Talent Development and Talent Acquisition while also guiding peers and junior team members.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the strategic HR point of contact for assigned business functionsAdvise leaders on people strategy talent planning and organizational designPartner with COEs across Talent Development Talent Acquisition Employee Relations and Onboarding to deliver integrated HR solutionsCollaborate cross-functionally to support enterprise-wide HR initiatives and alignmentCoach and mentor HR team members to promote continuous learning and knowledge sharingLead workforce discussions to identify trends in performance engagement and capability gapsSupport rollout and adoption of HR programs and initiatives across departmentsLeverage people metrics (e.g. engagement turnover span of control) to inform business decisionsCoach leaders on employee engagement performance enablement and team effectivenessEnsure HR compliance and proactively mitigate employee relations risksChampion a people-first culture while balancing business objectivesContribute to HR project work and help scale the HRBP model across the companyRequirementsExperience: 3 years in progressive HR roles including business partner or generalist responsibilitiesEducation: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related fieldStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience supporting functional leaders with talent reviews succession planning and employee relationsProficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platformsKnowledge of internal mobility frameworks performance management and people metricsDemonstrated ability to influence leaders and guide workforce decisionsUnderstanding of employment law and HR compliance best practicesHR industry certification strongly preferred (e.g. PHR SHRM-CP)Benefits Comprehensive Medical Dental & Vision benefits Long- and short-term disability Life insurance 10 Vacation days per year subject to accrual policy 11 Company paid holidays 401(k) with Company match Identity theft and legal services The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge skills and qualifications.
