If you are a seasoned HR professional looking to make a significant impact we encourage you to apply.Position Responsibilities:Trusted Advisor:Provide guidance to leaders and HR team members on HR policies practices and strategies fostering strong relationships and effective communication.Culture Development:Promote and integrate Boeings core Values & Behaviors within teams to enhance organizational culture.HR Presence:Maintain an active HR presence on the manufacturing floor to facilitate real-time engagement and address immediate HR needs.Employee Relations:Address and resolve complex employee relations issues and conflicts with professionalism and confidence.Change Management:Lead change management and organizational design initiatives to ensure Boeing remains agile and prepared for future challenges.Communication Facilitation:Encourage open communication and facilitate discussions to resolve workplace issues in a constructive manner.HR Program Implementation:Oversee the deployment and administration of HR programs policies and practices serving as a subject matter expert in areas such as performance management and leadership development.Strategic Collaboration:Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals and effectively address workforce challenges.Engagement with COE:Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to provide insights on HR programs in areas such as labor relations talent management compensation and training.Issue Management:Address or escalate HR Service Center employee issues as appropriate.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):3 years of experience in Human Resources or related field3 years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding3 years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions3 years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagementPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceBachelors degree or higherExperience analyzing data and metrics to identify future organization needsExperience working in a business environment partnering and strategizing HR initiatives with senior leadersDrug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana cocaine opioids amphetamines PCP and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Pay and Benefits:At Boeing we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract engage and retain the top talent.
