With coordination of the HR Team you will help ensure AEI complies with applicable federal state and local laws. You will help maintain strong relationships with AEI staff to support their career objectives and provide an ongoing pathway for employee engagement by;Working with local office support staff to maintain the data in the HRIS system ensuring accuracy.Conduct onboarding and offboarding of employees.Maintain compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.Maintain personnel files in conjunction with local office leadership and admin support staff.Stay abreast of trends best practices regulatory changes and technology in all aspects of human resources.Help with filing required annual reporting.Provide support for all projects assigned.
