Expect a workplace where collaboration is encouraged coffee is plentiful and potlucks and team events keep things engaging.Basics of the HR Coordinator:Status: Full-Time Non-ExemptSchedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM5:00 PMLocation: 100% Onsite at HeadquartersWhat Youll Do as an HR Coordinator:The HR Coordinator supports the daily operations of the Human Resources department by providing essential administrative recruiting and employee-support services. This role ensures accuracy and timeliness of HR data maintains compliance documentation coordinates onboarding and offboarding tasks and provides operational support to Sr. HR Partners and the broader organization.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for the HR inbox routing inquiries and providing timely supportProcess employee data changes (promotions transfers terminations compensation updates supervisor changes)Maintain digital personnel files and ensure documentation is complete accurate and audit-readyCoordinate offboarding tasks and compliance deliverables across all locationsSupport onboarding processes including background checks I-9s/E-Verify and first-day logisticsProvide in-person support to new hires during their first weekAssist with Tier 1 recruiting needs when requiredSupport engagement recognition and audit-related projectsAct as the backup payroll processorDeliver compliance documents and support audit documentation requestsProvide mailroom support as neededComplete compliance trainingincluding BSAwithin required timelinesPerform additional tasks as assigned to support HR operationsQualifications : Must haves for an HR Coordinator:Skills: Strong written and verbal communication relationship building attention to detail tech fluency (including use of AI tools)Experience: 1 year of Human Resources experience Education: High school diploma or GEDNice to haves for an HR Coordinator:Experience with UKGAdditional Information : All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Remote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Invoicing,Facilities Management,HVAC,AIX,Air Pressure Handling,AX Experience: years Vacancy: 1
