Job Details USHV - Corporate Main - Franklin TN Fully Remote Full Time High School Diploma/GED Up to 10% Other PositionsDescription US Heart and Vascular is in need of a Remote Human Resources Coordinator to join our team.Qualified candidates need to be located in Houston TX Birmingham AL or New Orleans LAPosition Summary:The HR Coordinator provides administrative support to the Human Resources department and assists with the day-to-day operations of HR functions. This role ensures smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests helping maintain efficient HR processes and compliance with company policies.Responsibilities: Coordinate new hire onboarding including paperwork and orientation sessions Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and personnel files. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Provide support to integrations and M&A functions as appropriate Prepare HR reports and metrics as needed Assist with job postings resume screening and interview scheduling Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities Respond to HR-related queries and provide guidance on policies Support HR projects and initiatives as assignedRequirements: High School diploma or equivalent (required) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Advanced computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems 2-4 years in HR or administrative support role preferred Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Attention to detail Confidentiality and integrity Customer service orientation Ability to travel as needed (approx. 10%) Required Experience:IC Key Skills Invoicing,Facilities Management,HVAC,AIX,Air Pressure Handling,AX Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
