Position Summary:The Director of Human Resources for SmartLight is a strategic and operational leader responsible for building and scaling HR practices that support a high-performing workforce operating in the healthcare data analytics space. This role ensures that our people systemshiring onboarding retention performance and cultureare aligned with business goals and foster a supportive addition to being an operational and strategic leader this is also a hands-on manager role in a busy fast-paced rapid-growing environment.This position is only eligible for legal residents of the United States of America.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goalsManage and develop a responsive impactful HR Team ensuring processes are efficient and scalable to support rapid internal growth spurt.Share in the recruiting and sourcing of high impact candidatesEnsure a seamless and smooth onboarding and offboardingManage annual performance Review cycle promoting accountability and growthDrive learning and development initiatives including leadership coachingDefine and evolve company culture through engagement programs and ritualsManage employee relations with empathy clarity and legal complianceManage Immigration Visa sponsorships and work authorizationsManage communicate and track Annual Open EnrollmentManage all employee relations issues ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation across all HR functionsOwn HR systems policies and documentationQualificationsBachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or related field10 years of progressive HR experience including leadership rolesExperience in tech analytics or high-growth environments preferredStrong command of full employee life-cycle employmentStrong experience dealing/communicating with all levels within an organization particularly with C-Suite.Exceptional communication negotiation and coaching skillsPossess critical thinking and analytical skillsAbout SmartLight Analytics:SmartLight Analytics was formed by a group of industry insiders who wanted to make a meaningful impact on the rising cost of healthcare.
