We believe in providing our new associates with intensive hands on training and long-term career growth opportunities from within.Salary: $65-70kApplicants must reside in the EST Time ZoneResponsibilitiesJobSummary:The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function. Reporting to the HR Manager and partnering closely with the HR Business Partners this role provides hands-on support in employee relations policy interpretation talent management and HR process improvement. The HR Generalist ensures a consistent and positive employee experience while maintaining compliance with state and federal employment laws. Duties/Responsibilities:Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers by addressing general HR inquiries and guiding them to appropriate HR team members or resources.Support HR Business Partners with employee relations investigations documentation and follow-up actions.Promote a culture of trust engagement and accountability through proactive HR support and communication.Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in the HRIS system (e.g. ADP UKG or equivalent).Generate HR reports and metrics to support business decisions and compliance audits.Support annual HR initiatives such as performance reviews compensation planning and policy updates.Partner with Onboarding Specialist as needed to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires including completion of required forms and coordination with hiring managers.Assist as needed with pre-employment processes such as background checks.Support HR-led programs and initiatives focused on engagement recognition and retention.Assist in planning and executing employee communications wellness programs and culture-building activities.QualificationsEducation and Experience:Bachelors degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.PHR or SHRM-CP preferred3 years of progressive HR experience preferably in a multi-state or healthcare environment.Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.Required Skills/Abilities:Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Working understanding of human resource principles practices and procedures.Working understanding of employment laws.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Ability to travel 10%.Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.Licensure/Certifications/EducationFull time employees (defined as regularly working at least 30 hours per week) are eligible for the following benefits:Medical Dental & Vision insurance effective 1st of the month after date of startShort-term and long-term disability Voluntary life (employee spouse and child) Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity Effective the 1st of the month following date of hireCompany provided Basic Life/AD&D insurancePaid time offPaid holidaysRetirement Savings accountEmployee discount on cosmetic services and products Key Skills Employee Relations,Fmla,Employee Evaluation,Human Resources Management,Workers' Compensation Law,Benefits Administration,HRIS,Payroll,Employment & Labor Law,ADP,Human Resources,Recruiting Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 65 - 70
