OverviewGroup 1 Automotive Inc. an international Fortune 250 automotive retailer and a leading operator in the automotive retailing industry is seeking a Human Resources Generalist.This is a key Human Resources position which will provide strategic HR support to multiple retail automotive operations in our Massachusetts markets. While working closely with the field operations team to include the dealership general managers and department managers this position will report directly to the Market HR Manager and be based at one of our locations in Westwood MA.We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Human Resources Generalist. The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions including employee relations training and development benefits administration and performance management.
