Since GreenSkys inception nearly 6 million consumers have financed more than $50 billion of commerce using GreenSkys real time apply and buy technology.About This OpportunityReady to gain real-world HR experience in a fast-paced fintech environmentThis internship provides hands-on exposure to the full spectrum of Human Resources including recruitment onboarding payroll benefits HRIS and organizational development. Youll collaborate with HR business partners and learn how strategic HR supports business success.Duration:5/18/2026-8/7/2026Role:Human Resources InternLocation:Hybrid Atlanta GADuties & ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionUse applicant tracking systems (ATS) LinkedIn social media and grassroots strategies to attract top talent.Post job openings and manage candidate communication through the ATS.Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring managers.Employee Lifecycle SupportAssist with onboarding new hires including sending paperwork verifying I-9 forms and preparing welcome materials.Coordinate new employee orientations and introductions.Support offboarding processes as needed.Payroll Benefits & HRISAssist with payroll data entry and verification.Support benefits administration including enrollment and updates.Learn and help maintain the HRIS system for accurate employee records.HR Operations & Organizational DevelopmentResearch and update job descriptions in collaboration with department leaders.Maintain accurate organizational charts and HR forms.Participate in organizational development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance.Help the HR team streamline our HR Operational processes and bring your creativity and ideas to the teamCollaboration with HR Business PartnersWork closely with HR business partners to support strategic projects and day-to-day operations.Collaborate with HR business partners on employee engagement initiatives.Required Skills/QualificationsCurrently enrolled in a college program pursuing a degree in Human Resources Organizational Development or a related field.Sophomore or Junior standing.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Mission-driven and eager to learn.Our compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets.
